Hotel General Information

• The Hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss occurred during their stay. Please use the safety locker provided in your room.

• As per the regulations, the hotel check-in time is 14:00hrs and departure time is 12:00hrs. Should the guest fail to check out by 12:00 noon, the management reserves the right to charge USD 10 per hour after 12:00 noon.

• Please note that a charge of LKR 15,000 will be applied for any loss or damage to the guest room key.

• Non registered visitors are not permitted to remain in the guest rooms/floors between 9pm - 6am. You are kindly requested to this hotel regulation in order to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.

• For any assistance, please contact our Guest Service Center by dialing “0.”

• Hotel linen, including pool towels, are provided in the guest room for convenience.

• Pool towels should be used only for pool or beach activities and must be returned to the room after use.

• Guests are not permitted to remove any linen items from the hotel premises.

• Using towels or linen for purposes other than intended — such as cleaning shoes, vehicles, make-up removal, or spills is strictly prohibited.

• Any damaged, stained, or missing linen (including pool towels) will be charged to the guest account at the hotel’s replacement cost.
